Move Bold: strength that supports real life
There was a time when movement felt complicated. Like it needed a plan, a purpose, or a certain amount of intensity to count. If it wasn’t structured or productive, it didn’t feel like enough. Lately, I’ve been reminding myself that movement doesn’t need to be perfect or look a certain way, it just needs to be chosen.
Each week, I’m sharing one principle that shapes how i train, move, and live. This week’s principle is Move Bold.
What Move Bold Means to Me
Move bold isn’t about doing more.
It’s about moving with intention - even when it feels uncomfortable or unfamiliar. It’s choosing strength because it supports my life. It’s walking most days, usually at least twenty minutes, just to stay connected to my body. It’s carrying load, moving fast once a week, and letting rest matter.
And it’s leaving room for play. Right now, that play looks like handstands.
Not because they’re necessary. Not because they’re impressive. But because they challenge me, spark curiosity, and pull me just outside my comfort zone.
That’s move bold.
Move Bold in Practice
Move bold doesn’t require a dramatic overhaul. It often shows up in small, steady choices:
Prioritizing strength training a few days each week
Choosing movement that supports your real life
Walking, carrying load, or getting outside when you can
Moving fast sometimes - and slowing down when needed
Leaving space for instinct instead of over-planning
Move bold is less about intensity and more about participation.
There Is No “Right” Rhythm
My weekly rhythm works for me right now. Yours may look different and it should.
Different schedules. Different seasons. Different energy.
The one thing I consistently recommend is this 👉 At least three days of strength training per week.
From there, everything else can flex.
Move bold doesn’t mean copying someone else’s routine. It means finding a rhythm you can return to and trusting yourself inside it.
A Question to Carry This Week
Where could you move just a little more boldly?
Not harder. Not longer. Just with more intention.
This Week’s Invitation
Choose one way to move bold this week.
Let it be simple. Let it feel supportive. Let it meet you where you are.
That’s enough.
