Frequently asked questions.

Who is train bold, live wild for?

This is for anyone ready to ditch the ordinary and embrace strength, grit, and nature. Whether you’re a beginner, weekend warrior, or seasoned athlete, you’ll find challenge and community here.

what makes this different from a gym?

This isn’t a gym-it’s a mindset. We train with purpose, outside the box (and sometimes outside the building). It’s about building wild strength-for real life.

what kind of workouts can i expect?

A mix of indoor and outdoor strength and conditioning, using bodyweight, dumbbells, kettlebells, slam balls, plyo boxes, tires, sandbags, and the terrain around you. Every session is built to challenge and empower.

do you train women & men?

Yes! Everyone trains bold here.

Do you offer online or virtual training sessions?

Both – I offer online programs and challenges so you can train anywhere, anytime on all terrains. I do not currently offer virtual 1-on-1 training sessions.

What should i bring?

A water bottle, grit and gear you can move in. We’ll supply the rest-like equipment, community and raw motivation.

do you offer nutrition guidance?

Yes, my Eat Wild approach is simple, grounded in real food, and supports your performance and recovery-whether you’re on the trail or in the gym. Think REALISTIC habits and support you can stick with. I do not diagnose medical conditions or prescribe meal plans or diets.

how long are the training sessions?

Most sessions are 30-45 minutes-short, bold, effective and designed to maximize wild results.

what results can i expect & how fast?

Everyone’s different, but you can expect to feel stronger, more energized and more confident within a few weeks. We will set realistic goals together and track your progress along the way. You bring your BOLD & WILD and I will guide you one step at a time.

Do I need a gym membership or fancy equipment?

Nope! You can use whatever you have. Most of my virtual programs require minimal equipment such as dumbbells or a kettlebell and a bench. Some programs require additional equipment, however alternative exercises are always suggested and available to you.
