I’m Jen—a lifelong athlete, former college baller, and wild-at-heart coach who believes real strength is forged where grit meets nature.
I’ve learned that strength isn’t just about the barbell—it’s about mindset. Grit. Showing up even when it’s hard, especially when it’s hard. I don’t do “easy” or “pretty”… I do raw, unfiltered, badass.
From intense game days to rugged trails, I’ve always chased more than average. That same fire fuels every session I lead today—indoors or out.

My Journey
Motherhood added a whole new dimension to my training. Staying strong wasn’t just about me anymore, it became about leading by example. Showing my kids what resilience looks like. Strength doesn’t live in comfort zones. It’s built in the elements.
Over the years, I’ve chased summits, trail miles, and toddlers. I’ve earned every scar (and knee surgery) along the way. But I didn’t stop. I adapted. Every setback sharpened my edge, deepened my grit, and fueled my passion to train smarter, move bolder, and live wilder.

A rest day would be coffee at sunrise, a slow hike, a hammock nap, and campfire protein pancakes under a wide-open sky.
