Built for those who crave more than gym walls, we train indoors and outdoors with purpose and bold intensity. Every rep builds power. Every session builds confidence. This is strength for the trail, the chaos, and the climb. Whether you’re new or leveling up, you’ll show up ready and leave stronger than you came. All levels welcome. Fueled by bold energy.

Outdoor Group Training

Welcome to the Yard. This is where the Pack gets strong.

Unleash your strength in the wild.

This high-intensity outdoor experience is built for those who want raw movement, rugged challenges, and the power of training with a pack.

You’ll flip tires, lift sandbags, climb, crawl, sweat—and rise. Rain or shine, we train wild.

Who It's For: Anyone ready to ditch comfort and gain functional strength, confidence, and real-world endurance—outside the gym and inside real life.

You don’t need to be the fastest, strongest, or fittest - you just need to show up and move bold.

Schedule:

  • Seasonal Session — Occasional Saturday mornings

  • Location – Powell, OH (Location provided upon booking)

Length: Warm-up + ~30 min workout
Bring: Water, towel, workout gloves (optional), and your wild side

Private 1:1 Personal Training

This is where it gets real. One-on-one. All in.

Whether you're training for a summit, rebuilding post-burnout, or chasing fierce, functional strength—Bold One is your custom path. I bring the focus. You bring the fire.

Who It’s For: Driven souls who want expert coaching, total focus, and serious progress. Athletes, adventurers, parents, and anyone ready to go deeper.

Price: $60 per session
