  • Daily Practice: Follow the challenge calendar (progressive moves that get harder each week). Barefoot if safe (shoes are ok if not).

  • Form First: Quality > Quantity. Focus on steady controlled movements. Use wall or chair nearby for safety if needed.

  • Progress Tracking: Mark off each day when complete. Jot down how long you held each move to see progress.

  • Stay Consistent: If you miss a day, don’t quit. Just pick up where you left off.
