30 Days / 30 Push-ups Challenge

30 push-ups. 30 days. No excuses.

Build raw strength. One rep at a time.

How it Works:

  • 30 push-ups every day for 30 days

  • Any style: standard, incline, knee, hand-release, deficit, etc.

  • Break them up if you need to. Just get them done.

  • Post or log each day using #TrainBoldPush30

Challenge Rules:

  • Start where you are (modify, scale or elevate)

  • Consistency > Intensity

  • No skipping. No zero days.

  • Track it, post it, share it (optional: tag your pack)

Live Wild Bonus - Level up your push-up game as you go:

  • Wild Terrain: Do them outside - dirt, sand, gravel, logs

  • Movement Flow: Pair with breathwork or animal flow

  • Time It: Beat your time each week (30 reps for time)
